La iniciativa elaborada por el Poder Ejecutivo ya fue aprobada por el Senado con consenso entre los principales partidos y la intenci\u00f3n es terminar el a\u00f1o con el visto bueno de diputados, seg\u00fan dijo el nacionalista Sebasti\u00e1n And\u00fajar, que preside la comisi\u00f3n. A su vez, habr\u00e1 una \u00faltima ronda con el Poder Ejecutivo en la que el objetivo es discutir los cambios, dado que el proyecto \u2013tal como fue aprobado\u2013 deja varios puntos abiertos a la reglamentaci\u00f3n. En este sentido, el principal asunto de debate est\u00e1 siendo el art\u00edculo 140, que habilita los \u201cimportadores subsiguientes de un mismo producto\u201d. La C\u00e1mara de Industrias pate\u00f3 el tablero y pidi\u00f3 eliminarlo bajo el argumento de que el sector enfrenta costos elevados vinculados a energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica y combustibles, laborales, log\u00edsticos, impositivos y a servicios estatales que considera deficientes pese a la presi\u00f3n fiscal.
