Por un lado, reglas de juego claras, estabilidad, incentivos fiscales y una infraestructura b\u00e1sica que se ha desarrollado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Por el otro, alta calidad de vida, seguridad ciudadana y capital humano \u00abworld class\u00bb. Referentes del ecosistema inversor y tecnol\u00f3gico analizan los motivos que convirtieron al pa\u00eds en un im\u00e1n para los negocios en la regi\u00f3n y advierten sobre los riesgos de alterar estas condiciones. Esta visi\u00f3n sobre el pa\u00eds fue planteada por referentes de los principales fondos de Venture Capital que operan en Uruguay, que disertaron en el panel \u201cMotores para la inversi\u00f3n: Estructuraci\u00f3n financiera, capital emprendedor y pr\u00edvate equity\u201d en el Evento Conexi\u00f3n Uruguay \u2013 Brasil, Sinergia estrat\u00e9gica y oportunidades de desarrollo bilateral, organizado por El Observador y Piso 22. Nicol\u00e1s Berman de Kaszek, Ricardo Scavazza de Patria Investments, Tom\u00e1s Roggio de Latitud Ventures e Ignacio Gervaz de AIC Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, dejaron sus impresiones sobre las condiciones que ofrece el pa\u00eds ante una audiencia que colm\u00f3 el Piso 22 de WTC Free Zone. En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, Uruguay ha experimentado un fen\u00f3meno particular: dej\u00f3 de ser \u00fanicamente un mercado de prueba o un pa\u00eds de tr\u00e1nsito para consolidarse como una plataforma estrat\u00e9gica de radicaci\u00f3n de capitales, empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas y familias de alto patrimonio. La conjunci\u00f3n de la pandemia y los vaivenes pol\u00edticos de la regi\u00f3n aceleraron un proceso que hoy posiciona al pa\u00eds como un incipiente hub de negocios. Quienes llegan para invertir coinciden en que el atractivo del pa\u00eds no se explica por un solo factor, sino por un \u00abpaquete completo\u00bb. Para Ignacio Gervaz, uno de los elementos distintivos de Uruguay es, sin dudas, la estabilidad en las reglas de juego. Esta visi\u00f3n es compartida por Nicol\u00e1s Berman, quien subraya que no se le puede restar importancia al esquema impositivo.&nbsp;M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los n\u00fameros, el componente humano y la calidad de vida juegan un rol decisivo. Scavazza, que es oriundo de San Pablo, Brasil, pero reside en el pa\u00eds desde hace cinco a\u00f1os, destaca un diferencial clave: la seguridad.
