Adem\u00e1s, evalu\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n de la inflaci\u00f3n, la econom\u00eda, el impacto de la guerra en Medio Oriente y m\u00e1s, est\u00e1n siendo amortiguados. El Central entiende que el balance de riesgos para la proyecci\u00f3n de la inflaci\u00f3n se inclin\u00f3 levemente al alza por los altos precios del petr\u00f3leo, pero que Uruguay ha logrado amortizar los impactos. En marzo pasado, la inflaci\u00f3n sali\u00f3 de su rango de tolerancia (por debajo de la meta), pero volvi\u00f3 a entrar en abril. De todas formas, el BCU proyecta que hacia el final del per\u00edodo de gobierno, el indicador podr\u00e1 estar algo por encima de la meta de 4,5%, aunque dentro de lo esperado. El BCU destac\u00f3 en su comunicado del Comit\u00e9 de Pol\u00edtica Monetaria (Copom) que ha mantenido las tasas de inter\u00e9s sin cambios, en gran parte porque la inflaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 convergiendo en los objetivos, y adem\u00e1s por cautela en relaci\u00f3n a los impactos que puede tener el escenario internacional en el pa\u00eds. Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan el Central, en situaciones de emergencias suele suceder que la ca\u00edda de tasas de pol\u00edtica monetaria no logra reducir las tasas de los mercados de deuda, ya que las primas de riesgo suelen aumentar en tiempos dif\u00edciles. En Uruguay, todas las tasas de mercados cayeron hasta febrero y se han mantenido bajas. Desde la guerra en Ir\u00e1n, el BCU identific\u00f3 que las tasas en el pa\u00eds han subido menos que en Estados Unidos y continuar\u00e1 atento a los movimientos internacionales, cuyos impactos se han logrado amortizar, sobre todo los del aumento de los precios del petr\u00f3leo dado que el pa\u00eds tiene casi toda su energ\u00eda sostenida con fuentes renovables. De ahora en m\u00e1s, el BCU continuar\u00e1 impulsando el cr\u00e9dito en moneda nacional (con tasas de inter\u00e9s bajas), destacando que ha aumentado la cantidad de cr\u00e9ditos concedidos a empresas, hipotecario y automotriz. Aspira a que la \u201cdesdolarizaci\u00f3n\u201d ocurra primero en la vivienda promovida.
