Adem\u00e1s de estos jugadores ya conocidos, tambi\u00e9n aparecen otros perfiles interesados, como los inversores europeos, quienes buscan un refugio de capital fuera de su continente de cara al futuro. As\u00ed lo plantearon desarrolladores y operadores inmobiliarios a El Pa\u00eds, quienes analizaron el apetito inversor en el actual contexto regional y global y las condiciones que valoran quienes desembarcan en Uruguay. Para Fabi\u00e1n Kopel, director y co-fundador de la desarrolladora Kopel S\u00e1nchez, el fen\u00f3meno trasciende el inter\u00e9s coyuntural argentino y brasile\u00f1o y se inscribe en un escenario regional e incluso global a\u00fan m\u00e1s amplio. \u201cEstamos en un momento regional de no pensar en la inversi\u00f3n que viene ma\u00f1ana. Yo no te quiero hablar del argentino que est\u00e1 pendiente, porque el argentino de ma\u00f1ana mismo es el argentino que hoy est\u00e1 viviendo con una situaci\u00f3n donde Javier Milei est\u00e1 haciendo lo mejor que puede, donde no se sabe cuando termine el mandato, si va a renovar o no va a renovar y c\u00f3mo va a pasar, porque siempre viven con esa disyuntiva\u201d, sostuvo. Kopel expres\u00f3 su deseo de que Argentina logre estabilizarse, no solo por su impacto interno sino por el efecto derrame en Uruguay: \u201cOjal\u00e1 Argentina se encamine y se fortalezca porque es natural que tenga un derrame brutal en Uruguay, por todo lo que se viene desarrollando en Maldonado, Punta del Este, Jos\u00e9 Ignacio, que es una locura lo que est\u00e1 pasando\u201d. Sin embargo, afirm\u00f3 que el movimiento no se limita a la regi\u00f3n. \u201cNo son los argentinos, es un mercado internacional, europeo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3, aludiendo a conversaciones con inversores que buscan diversificaci\u00f3n ante un escenario global incierto. \u201cVos escuch\u00e1s que la gente est\u00e1 comprando por si tiene que venir alg\u00fan d\u00eda, por si Europa se est\u00e1 armando por si viene una tercera guerra mundial porque no pueden parar a Rusia, y dentro de la preparaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 la mirada a Latinoam\u00e9rica y a Uruguay como un lugar m\u00e1s seguro para comprar un campo, una tierra, tener d\u00f3nde venir a vivir\u201d.
