{"id":1788,"date":"2026-03-03T14:54:15","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T17:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/palmerodespachante.uy\/?p=1788"},"modified":"2026-03-03T14:54:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-03T17:54:16","slug":"efecto-temu-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/palmerodespachante.uy\/index.php\/2026\/03\/03\/efecto-temu-2\/","title":{"rendered":"EFECTO TEMU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ENERO CERR\u00d3 CON R\u00c9CORD DE ENV\u00cdOS DEL EXTERIOR, LIDERADOS POR ROPA Y JUGUETES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u201cefecto Temu\u201d volvi\u00f3 a impactar en el comercio electr\u00f3nico durante enero, mes en el que se registr\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9cord de ingreso de encomiendas sin impuestos, con 239.726 paquetes bajo el r\u00e9gimen de franquicias, casi el doble que en el mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o pasado, seg\u00fan datos oficiales. <strong>De acuerdo con cifras de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de Aduanas (DNA), el incremento fue de 95,02% frente a enero del a\u00f1o anterior, cuando hab\u00edan arribado 122.920 env\u00edos por franquicias.<\/strong> El salto coincide con la expansi\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds de la plataforma china Temu, que en pocos meses modific\u00f3 los h\u00e1bitos de compra de miles de consumidores locales. El volumen de enero no solo marc\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord para ese mes, sino que super\u00f3 a cada uno de los registros mensuales de 2025. El sistema permite a cada uruguayo mayor de 18 a\u00f1os realizar hasta tres compras anuales en el exterior por un m\u00e1ximo de 200 d\u00f3lares cada una y hasta 20 kilos por env\u00edo, sin pagar impuestos. Este esquema, pensado originalmente para compras ocasionales, se transform\u00f3 en una puerta de entrada masiva de productos de bajo costo, especialmente textiles y art\u00edculos de consumo. El escenario, sin embargo, se espera que cambie en los pr\u00f3ximos meses. Con la entrada en vigencia de la Ley de Presupuesto, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) dispuso que desde mayo las compras por internet en el exterior -excepto las provenientes de Estados Unido-\u2014 quedar\u00e1n gravadas con IVA del 22%. Adem\u00e1s, el r\u00e9gimen de franquicias pasar\u00e1 de tres compras de hasta 200 d\u00f3lares cada una a un tope anual de 800 d\u00f3lares, que podr\u00e1 utilizarse en una, dos o tres operaciones.
